Location: San Diego, CA (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $19-$21/hr (Depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role supports daily office operations, customer service functions, and data entry tasks within a medical services and medical device-related environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls and customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy in documentation and administrative duties.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and partners.
  • Handle a moderate to high volume of inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including processing orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Verify insurance information and required documentation as needed for compliance and order processing.
  • Support patients by addressing questions or concerns related to services or equipment.
  • Process and manage office mail, filing, deposits, and general administrative tasks.
  • Document and report product feedback, including complaints and compliments.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, physicians, and internal teams to ensure proper information flow and service delivery.
  • Complete daily tasks and assignments as directed by leadership to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience (medical or healthcare environment preferred).
  • Strong phone-based customer service skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; 10-key experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • experience with EPIC preferred
